recently my 2015 Cadillac begin to ride rough, I took it in to a dealer who treated me like I was an empty headed BLACK female. I stated to him that this was 5th escalade and i have never had problems with shocks. my truck is only a year old and shocks had to be replaced? Have owned many new cars throughout my lifetime (some better than others) and I thought I'd try a Cadillac . In 2013 I ordered a 2013 CTS and it was nothing more than a great experience. 2015 Cadillac CTS is the worst car I ever bought!!! The cue electronic is the worst part of the car, started having problems a month after I purchase it ! The charging station don't work, blue tooth want connect and now the on star will not connect !! Only have 4153 miles on this car , can I please get some Help!!

Was at Symes on Saturday. Spent about 25 minutes in the lot looking at the cards I was interested in. No one came out or was on the lot. I went inside to find someone and there was one salesperson with a customer but the rest, about 5 of them were in one of the offices looking to be hanging out. Bought a Certified Use Cadillac Escalade about five years ago. I have had nothing but problems with it. While under warrantee, they had to replace several items. One of the repairs was to the motor mounts. They replace one side and not the other, a few years later, the other side goes out. Find out they should have replace both sides. Long story short. Bought off the showroom floor (bad idea as I learned). Test drove other XTS's from the lot though. Had a vibration in it - took it back to the dealership (350 miles). They drove it and agreed. Road force wheel balance and returned it to me. Still vibrations. 400 miles the transmission failed. Would slip in to neutral without warning - very dangerous. They had to replace the trans. Returned it to the dealership six more times... Read more

I called in to make an appointment for a maintenance check up because the car (SRX 2014) with about 7,000 miles will *** forward when you make a slow rolling stop sometimes, and my oil was at 66%, but I was told my Mr. Tom Corio at Novi Cadillac in Michigan that I did not need an oil change and he said that many of his customers wait until their oil life is 0% and was very rude with his explanation. I contacted this Company mid June 2015 via telephone conversation for some chrome pieces to complete a Cadillac restoration. After initial contact subsequent contacts consisted of texts until a photo was required. From that point email was used to communicate. He told me he had the 2 pieces I desired for $220.00. So far I have had nothing but problems with my 2009 CTS. I've gotten to the point where I absolutely regret even seeing it for sale on the lot, I wish I had bought ANYTHING else. I bought the car last year with around 80k miles on it. The first thing that should have been a sign that their customer service was in the toilet was when my local Cadillac dealer did a $100 oil change for me. 2002 DTS radio/CD failed after replacing original right rear window track & motor with used 2002 track & Motor. also radio panel lights in dash flickers intermittantly & causes power drain on battery. Two diagnostic traces and $240 in the hole has not produced a finding or fix service providers are willing to guarantee. What could have possibly caused that?
