I purchased my Cadillac CTS when GM was collapsing.What I got was a "Lemon".
The car has been in the dealership every 6 months.
I have had 2 Interior Water Damage, Timing Belt Replaced, Steering Rack replaced, headlight repair, and rearview mirror covers falling off. The customer service department in Nanuet NY said "WELCOME BACK". They treated me as if I was bothering them. I called GM at 1-800-458-8006.
I never spoke to the district specialist in charge of my case. After a week of calling I was referred to Megan who gave me an ultimatum either accept ANOTHER 3 YEAR WARRANTY on FUTURE PROBLEMS OR NOT.
I would like to Thank General Motors for all their help.My family will buy dependable cars for now on, IMPORTED FROM JAPAN!!!!
