Lack of response from Cadillac

may 12 2023 still waiting on response from district supervisor( the first 1 and senior cust serv.rep no longer work for GM).... 5 months no car and has been to 2 different dealers.

i am not marked as a difficult un able to please KAREN type of customer. This is not the case.

time???mmmI will never purchase another Cadallic from this location!!! Customer service is awful.

My husband purchased me a 2019XTS March of 2020. I had to use Roadside Service serveral times. On 12/8/2020 I called in to Cadallic Roadside my car wouldn't start I was parked in the garage. A technician came out stated he was called.

The technician had to put in a new Battery. I stated it had not even been a year yet of me getting this vehicle. Ok the Technician said the battery was the one that was in the car From the factory it was due to get another, he also stated I didn't have to be concerned my Vehicle was under warranty it wouldn't be a cost for me. Now On Friday29 Jan-2023 my car wouldn't start called Cadallic Roadside now this time Fay Cadalliac Technician came.

I ended up getting a jump start drove to Cadalliac so they could check battery. I was told that wasn't their battery that was taken out, and they didn't have any records of my battery being replaced. No one at Fayetteville Cadalliac Customer Service tried to find out anything. I made about 25 calls to find out Allstate took over Cadalliac Roadside Service.

Finally there is a order,but no other info that I got from Allstate. I need something done to find out who came out. That battery replaced 2020 had 5yr warranty. I had to pay 410.00 for a battery.

Yes I'm pissed, and mad as *** !!! Oh I had maintenance service Dec-2022 why did Cadalliac not check my battery at that time

Used car sales poor customer service

Made me drive there for a test drive of two used trucks. I called 40min its before coming in as they requested. The sales person was busy. The second sakes person could start the cars - both batteries were dead. There was a large dent on one truck that couldnt be easily discerned from their photo. One truck smelled so bad.

A second key fob

The key fob was never provided. Claimed the Cadillac I bought came from an adjoining dealer. I ordered the fob from eBay $125. The the Cadillac dealer in Casa Grande, AZ charged me $160 to program my fob. My new Caddy did not have floor mats. I asked the dealer to provide me a set. They did not provide any. I ordered floor mats front only for my Caddy thru eBay again $165. Im not much of a wheel and dealing person. The advertised price was $29. I ended financing $37k?

The 2017 Xt5 has been one break down after another. The first week a fuel cell went out and its been something ever since. The car has 70k miles now and garage kept well maintained but still disappointing. We actually bought a Honda so we would have a reliable car to ride without spending $500.00 to ride every few months. Very dissatisfied with the quality of this vehicle

Problem with escalade 2022

I bought escalade 2022 in Feb 2022, it was overpriced and missing the night vision and the cooler was not working, I was told that they will let me know when they can fix them, They did not. In October It had a mechanical failure , I took it to a dealer they could not fix it, they send the motor to the cadillac , it has been more than a month, they did not fix it and they do not know when it will be fixed

Tailgate trunk motor ruined due to clogged drain lines that nobody can see or access.

I've now how the tailgate motor burn out twice in the past three years because of water leaking into the spare wheel well where the motor for the tailgate is house. Three years ago it cost me $1,700. I just got a quote to fix it again at $4,200 for parts and labor. The trunk isn't able to work without the motor which is in itself riduculous. This is a manufacturing malfunction obviously and Cadillac should remedy the problem on their dime not mine.
