may 12 2023 still waiting on response from district supervisor( the first 1 and senior cust serv.rep no longer work for GM).... 5 months no car and has been to 2 different dealers.
i am not marked as a difficult un able to please KAREN type of customer. This is not the case.

Preferred solution: Repair completed under warranty been without car for over 2 months
User's recommendation: EDUCATE YOURSELF, DONT SIGN ANTHING BEFORE YOU READ IT AND GET A SECOND OPINION AND QUESTION ANY CHARGES WHICH ARE PADDED BUT MEANT TO LOOK LIKE REAL COSTS

time???mmmI will never purchase another Cadallic from this location!!! Customer service is awful.
My husband purchased me a 2019XTS March of 2020. I had to use Roadside Service serveral times. On 12/8/2020 I called in to Cadallic Roadside my car wouldn't start I was parked in the garage. A technician came out stated he was called.
The technician had to put in a new Battery. I stated it had not even been a year yet of me getting this vehicle. Ok the Technician said the battery was the one that was in the car From the factory it was due to get another, he also stated I didn't have to be concerned my Vehicle was under warranty it wouldn't be a cost for me. Now On Friday29 Jan-2023 my car wouldn't start called Cadallic Roadside now this time Fay Cadalliac Technician came.
I ended up getting a jump start drove to Cadalliac so they could check battery. I was told that wasn't their battery that was taken out, and they didn't have any records of my battery being replaced. No one at Fayetteville Cadalliac Customer Service tried to find out anything. I made about 25 calls to find out Allstate took over Cadalliac Roadside Service.
Finally there is a order,but no other info that I got from Allstate. I need something done to find out who came out. That battery replaced 2020 had 5yr warranty. I had to pay 410.00 for a battery.
Yes I'm pissed, and mad as *** !!! Oh I had maintenance service Dec-2022 why did Cadalliac not check my battery at that time
